The faces of War

We spend so much time talking about it, and we have all formed a political opinion one way or the other but the truth is we don't know the pain, the struggles, the rage and the anguish of those who live it day in and day out. We are all forgetting how to be humans and we should not go on about our day thinking that we know what is really going on because we don't unless we live it first hand. It is ok and so needed to pray for those who are not as blessed as we are. Nobody should live this way.

Please note that some of these photos are quite disturbing.

I encourage everyone to spend some time looking at EACH of these pictures. Any of those people could be your mother, your father, your brother or your sister, your aunt or uncle, your grandpa or grandma, or your own child. Something to seriously think about.

A Love Story

There is an old Buddhist saying which I try to apply to my life: "In the end, only three things matter most: How fully you lived, how deeply you loved, and how well you learned to let go of things not meant for you."

Trust The Man

Watched this movie today and loved it - I highly recommend it. Great cast with a witty script. Anyone can easily relate to any of these characters...Toby was my favourite:)
Enjoy the preview.

Loubnan

I dedicate this to my dad and to all the Lebanese people. I am proud to be part Lebanese - Beirut is and always will be in my heart and one day, I hope to return...
